Okay there is an encoding problem with Factorio itself..
It looks okay in the editor but the checkmark does not translate correctly into the game. I only see garbage there :/

with the massive change that the dev has imposed on us, a lot of people stay on 1.0 for a while. too many mods change and players / streamers should be able to continue playing normally.

(a exemple here https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Flow_Control_Fix/downloads 1.0 and 1.1 upload in same time)

Yeah, I took that one.
It gets translated into unicode characters and then shows up as garbage ingame :/
