Tiny solar panels

After hours of work, you've finally constructed the perfect assembly line. Beacons poke out among a complex network of underground belts, pipes move fluid between constantly working machinery and perfectly placed substations power everything. Suddenly, you spot it. A single tile, sitting idle. For a brief moment, your world falls apart; then you smugly fit a tiny solar panel into the hole, completing your masterpiece.

Currently features

The tiny solar panel can fit into any nook and cranny and is unlocked with the regular solar panel. Instead of many electronic circuits, the tiny solar panels use a few advanced circuits. Produces approximately 1/9th of the energy of a large solar panel, rounded down.

The solar panel is designed to be fit into the nooks and crannies of your factory or space platform, but you can also pave the whole planet with them.

Graphics

Uses the solar panel icon from the base game and adds shadowing. A lot more graphics from various mods are planned to add some variety. This will be elective in the settings.

Mod compat

Does not require space age. Copies efficiency and surface restrictions from the regular solar panel. If you have an overhaul mod where you'd like to see tiny solar panels, please let me know and I'll write a compat patch.
