I had actually updated The Fat Controller for my personal use as well, not realizing someone else had already done it. A bug I ran into (and haven't been able to fix) that I see in yours as well, is that in the Alarm Settings window (clicking the "!" button on The Fat Controller UI) it's not saving any changes to the settings. Whatever changes I make, close and then reopen the window, everything has reverted. Not sure if you have more experience with UI stuff to solve this or not, but figured it was worth pointing out in case you hadn't noticed it yet.
