UPDATE: What seems to trigger it is when you change your mod list at all and try to load that map when your mod list was slightly different (couple of removals/additions).

Removing mod and re-downloading did not fix it.

Thanks a lot for letting me know. Please check out the forum thread for a little bit more detail. There is an issue that I am aware of and these both seem to be manifestations of the same bug. I will update during the day or the evening.
