Currently you can do [item=internal-item-name] to add the icon, and there is a plugin like this (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Rich_Text_Helper) to help finding those names, but it would be cool if we could select them from a list or something for your mod.
I have plans for well over 200+ teleports and each one will support 4-8 items which for text is a lot to type. but 4-8 icons is super easy! AND AND your search can still work, i've tested it with just icons and i can still search for the word coal even if it's just the icon!!
