Placed it on a Floating Platform (mod) on water. Allowed me to teleport to the platform but when I stepped on the teleporter to beam away it Killed me. Next time I stepped onto a Teleporter it crashed the game. Even after loading every time now I step onto a teleporter it crashes the game. Oh the first thing I did was pick up the teleporter that was on the platform. ah, no. We removed the Mod and saved over the save file. Sorry.
Ah, ok, found a older save and was able to recreate the event. the map looks bad since I removed all the mods except Teleports and Platforms and was still able to recreate the event. Simply transport to the teleporter "Death Trap on Water", step to the edge of platform and back to teleporter (Instant Death).
