Not sure what you mean: The teleport chests ignore each other as targets.

Just place a normal buffer or requester chest in range of a teleport chest (or anywhere if no range limit is set) and request items: All teleport chests (in range) now will attempt to fulfill the requests with items from their inventory. Basically, a teleport chest just does the job of a logistic robot.

Note: On requester chests you have to activate "request from buffer chests" - otherwise teleport chests won't target them (that's intended).
