Adds a recipe to make carbon fiber without organic components. Meant to be less efficient than organic carbon fiber to encourage production on Gleba, but also making it easier to source carbon fiber on planets other than Gleba. Locked behind a technology that requires researching carbon fiber, so you cannot completely circumvent progressing on Gleba. Configurable between 4 presets of inefficient, inefficient and slow, efficient, and efficient and slow.
