Adds the following Items

Tree Eraser - Erase tree(s) from the map.
Tree Mover - Move tree(s) from the map into inventory as wood,
mod setting to move dropped items on ground to inventory.

Rock Eraser - Erase rock(s) from the map.
Rock Mover - Move rock(s) from the map into inventory as stone and random coal,
mod setting to move dropped items on ground to inventory.

Rock and Tree Eraser - Erase both rock(s) and tree(s) from the map.

Use shift to see what would happen without removing rocks/trees.
