Adds a few tiers of underground belts and pipe that can go much further than standard underground belts or pipes, and charges the player a number of belts/pipes based on the distance between the entrance and exit belt/pipe (ratio configurable). When used with Bob's Logistics or FactorioExtended-Plus, it will add the two appropriate tiers of subterranean belts.

g science-pack-2 doesn't exist (error when paired with bob's logistics mod)

Error with bob's logistics mod. Crashes on load:

"Failed to load mods: Error in assign ID: item with name 'science-pack-2' does not exist. "

--will load when bob's logistics is removed.

data-updates.lua need science pack names updated. Then the mod works again.

Hi, thanks for the report, I fixed it. I also adjusted the research cost, it seemed a bit out of whack after looking at it.
