Updates StickyNotes locations when using Nexela's Combinator Dollies.
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.
Just need to get around to pushing a PR watching for the event :)

An addition to StickyNotes that accounts for any kind of teleportation seemed like the cleanest solution, but I barely understand anything that goes on in that mod =S
