AAI Industry adds an alternative oil processing recipe which produces more heavy oil, adds water as an ingredient to basic oil processing, and also resets the advanced oil processing ingredients for whatever reason. It does all this in the data-update phase. Maybe this mod could also operate in data-update (instead of data), and instead of only modifying specific recipes, go through all recipes in the oil-processing category and change water into steam? Also add an optional dependency to aai-industry to ensure the changes happen after that mod.
