I really like this concept - having a trade-off between various fuel types could make the endgame use of fuel more complicated than just "use nuclear fuel everywhere." I can imagine using Panda fuel for my long-haul fifty-car trains and F1 fuel for lighter, faster locomotives like my ore-runners. I can see Xplosive being good for personal vehicles or "milk run" trains, but my favorite part of seeing these three fuels is that I'm not sure what I would use them all for yet - it gives me something to play with and figure out. Excellent idea, sir - I'll be following it to see what happens. Probably one of the first mods I'll add into my 0.18 save once I get all my achievements.
