b Possible issue with Science Pack recipes

Please review the math for end result of the specialization science packs …

I think there may be a bug with some of the calculations, for specialization recipes of science which result in more than one item produced in the base recipe.

For logistics science in base, only looking at iron plates, it needs 2 iron plates, and produces 1 logistic science. In specialization, this scales up to 10 iron plates with production of 6 logistic science packs. This is as it should be.
For utility science, only looking at LDS, the base needs 3 LDS and it produces 3 utility science packs, for the first level of specialization, 15 LDs should produce 18 utility packs for a 20% increase. What the module does, is produce only 6 utility science packs, for a net reduction of 60% of the base.

Taking a quick it looks like chemical, military, production, and utility packs could use a review.
