The setting "SpaceX ignore tech price multiplier" doesn't do what it says. Instead of setting techs to ignore the cost modifier, ticking this setting divides the cost by 4.

Bob's Logistics mod has a setting ('bobmods-logistics-disableroboports') to disable regular roboports - forcing the use of the modular roboports.

If this setting is enabled, SpaceX should use modular roboports not regular.
