This mod add crafting materials for Specialized mods

Why is this mod here instead of inside the Specialized mod? And what it's meant for?

This mod is separated from the specialized mods because uses materials which are used in different specialized mods. So, if you want to download only one mod you can download the MaterialPack without other SpMods.
This mod also aim to introduce a sort of base library for advanced crafting and materials. When people need new materials for their mods they can use this one so, when two mods use the same material but from this mod if the mods are used together they won't double the materials.
To do this we need to be bigger! And to grow with you and with new materials allowing new people to join us and make mods more and more compatible with each other.

New materials and crafting:

Fermium = minable
Fermium = 1 fermium-ore
Tempered steel = 2 steel-plate
compressed solid fuel = 16 solid-fuel, 10 iron-plate
hydrogen and oxygen = obtained from water using hydrolysis process
Low resistance battery = 2 fermium, 2 iron-plate, 6 copper-plate

New processes:

Hydrolysis = used to obtain hydrogen and oxygen from water

New technology:

Advanced fuel compression = compressed solid fuel
Advanced steel processing = tempered steel
Hydrolysis = hydrolysis
Fermium extraction = Refined fermium from fermium ore
Low resistance battery = New batteries for crafting
