Looks like you messed up the sound pathing when you renamed the mod in the info.json -

Because the mod is now named "Soundpack-alerts-and-sirens-updated-v1-1", you need to update the path to the sounds.
Replace "Soundpack-alerts-and-sirens" with "Soundpack-alerts-and-sirens-updated-v1-1" in the data-updates.lua

OR - Just change the mod name back to "Soundpack-alerts-and-sirens" - Most mods don't change their actual name for new releases, it breaks a lot of the automatic mod update functions and such.

You're a blessing, I thought it was something along these lines but I couldn't quite get it right. I'll get it fixed and patched.
