after undoing(cntl+z) im not able to do anything in the power blinking area, as the game thinks there are solar panels there, yes it still provides power
Oh.. thanks fot that info BOF.. i will see whats the event of this undo button to make them erase the invisible solar panel... If you want to destroy this things for now, put the wall and mine them, i think it will work.
