The 248k mod adjusts oil processing recipe inputs in data-final-fixes when Krastorio is enabled. Since Smooth Fluids currently uses data-updates, a dependency wouldn't be enough here - either all recipe changes would need to be moved to data-final-fixes as well, an additional check in data-final-fixes could react to such tweaks (scan for changes to modified recipes, then apply proportional adjustment?), or the stage at which recipe updates are applied could depend on which mods are loaded.
