Since you posted also in the other thread, i checked my mod with the Geothermal mod, which was the one (one of, i assume) causing that issue last time, as well as with all mods that i currently had downloaded including a set of bob's mods, but it all went through nicely.
Okay, apparently the Aircraft Drones mod created a recipe that took 1 unit of water and created 0 units of water, which caused another infinite recursion in GCD algorithm - i started ignoring 0-valued ingredients/results.
Fixed in 1.0.3.
PS: i don't know what the recipe is used for etc., but it's called "drones_flare_smoke_recipe", so i guess it's something that creates smoke particles in drones or their flares... That recipe gets smoothed out to using 0.1 water every 1 (?) second, so it may create 10x as many particles, so if that becomes an issue just add this recipe to the blacklist.
