Additional settings for Angels bots and zone expanders
While playing pure Angels with all the overhauls the Angels construction bots is just so slow they are mostly annoying. I don't se any tech for increased speed in sight and is sick for hand placing everything so I made an litle simple balance mod for fixing that.
