I’m playing on version 2.0.9, with all three Space Age base mods enabled (Space Age, Quality, and Elevated Rails). I’m also using Queue To Front (limited), which may be causing a conflict. https://mods.factorio.com/mod/QueueToFrontLimited

Yes, I have just encountered the same error on a 2.0.11 server:
This happened when changing the "Unblocked batch size limit" from 0 to 5, and then trying to shift click an item for which I don't have prerequisites. The mod should have allowed me to queue 5 and block after, but instead the server crashed.
