It seems to me that solar cells should have silicon wafers as the ingredient instead of silicon.
Since, I believe they are made from wafers.
Also, since transistors are also made on wafers, green circuits should also probably need to be part of the recipe to make them.
To make everything harder and a bit more realistic, maybe there could be an option to add several types of wafers. Such as transistor wafers, solar cell wafers, integrated circuit wafers and processor wafers.
