Small mod to increase stack size

Hello. I checked all game resources for stacks. Not all resources have a common setting. Can you fix this?
I want everything to be 1000. How can I achieve this?
In the mod settings there are parameters from 10 to 5000
Which resources are not all subject to change?
Nuclear fuel can only be stacked to 1 currently
And in another mod all resources can be made for 1000. Even nuclear fuel.
