I found that you could go into the ShinyBob zipped mod folder and in config.lua there is near the bottom the settings to configure unminable bots.
I changed them to this.
shiny_unminable_bots = false -- make construction bots unminable, default true
shiny_unminable_logistic_bots = false -- make logistic bots unminable, default true
