Buildable land is more scarce and requires investment to acquire.

Also... just noticed that when this is enabled I'm not able to traverse belts on foot. Is this intentional, or possibly some kind of interaction with another one of my mods?
After more testing, this happens with only this mod enabled.
Playing a marathon run with this, so I haven't tested with fast/express belts, but so far, I can't walk over regular belts.
