It seems that Assembling Machines 2 and Engine Units need tungsten, but tungsten seem to remain as one of the last ores to be obtained.
No, that's not normal. My guess is that you have some other mod enabled, not part of the Sea Block Pack. Probably the mod Tungsten by bevven?
