The recipe to craft aluminum plates requires sodium hydroxide, but sodium hydroxide is only released when we produce blue science, but to produce blue science we need sodium hydroxide ;-;, sorry i found the eletrolyzer recipe later ;-;
FNEI mod is included with the Sea Block mod pack. It's useful for looking up how to make particular item/fluids. Or for looking up what they are used for.
