Thanks for reporting this, yes I'm aware of it. You'll need to either revert Angel's mods back to the previous version or wait until Sea Block is updated next. I'm working on it but can't promise when the new version will be out.
why angel? if I delete "Bob's Metals, Chemicals and Intermediates", everything will work, but the modpack will become unplayable. (The error also says about this mod)
Sea Block depends on Bob's MCI. So if you remove that, Sea Block will be disabled. Everything worked fine before the recent Angel's updates. I'm working on updating Sea Block to support the changes they made.
