As far as I know, Sea Block has no coal. How do I make a steam science pack in 0.18 ?
Just released version 0.4.2 changes the steam science pack recipe to use charcoal. I'm not sure how well it will work, there are a lot of bob's mod options and I usually only test with default mod settings.
