Seablock fails to load using Factorio 0.17.28 with the error in the title. Seablock mod downloaded from https://forums.factorio.com/viewtopic.php?f=190&t=43759
I'm getting the same error on 0.17.34 - was working fine in 0.17.33
Did you install the new Angels Mod updates? I fixed the error by downgrading Angel's Refining back down to 0.10.8 from the 0.10.9 update that came out today (4/26/2019)
That's a definite possibility, I did update all of Angel's today
