cellulose fiber cant produce by hand since angel bio update and sea block cant playable

Same issue. Can't play :(

Problem is that you cannot craft cellulose fiber in hand. That provide to situation when you cannot research basic circuit board, because you cannot craft wooden board. More over there is some bug in map editor and you cannot add fiber via editing save.

This issue appears to be back after upgrading Factorio to 1.1 and this mod to 0.5.0. I can see the recipe but it is red, and clicking on it brings up the message "this recipe cannot be crafted by hand".

Is anyone else having this issue? Can you please post a screenshot and also maybe a save game?
