I have tried this on multiple versions of factorio it lets me boot with no errors untill i have installed all the pre-req's for "Sea Block" angels' and bobs' addon's but I get the error;
/data-updates.lua:557: attempt to index local 'effect' ( a number value)
With the only option being to disable SeaBlock To Load

I got thesame error.

You probably need bobplates, as it is a dependency that is not listed in the Sea Block mod dependency list. I had the same error, and adding bobplates helped it run for me. Had to search a bit to figure it out as well.

yep,that fixed it! the dependecy list is then incorrect..
