The only thing that's missing, and it should be simple to fix, is compatibility with pyanodons

Seablock requires Angels. Pyadons is incompatible with Angels. Doesn't sound like a simple fix.

There is an intermediary here which makes them compatible - https://mods.factorio.com/mod/PyCoalTBaA. Maybe it makes a good place to start...

py mods change a hell of a lot. the compatibility is one thing, the way that py mods would change the game is totally different. you can grow stuff from nothing and turn it into coal, that one thing alone is gonna massively change balance.
