There is a working mod list in the first post of the forum thread here: https://forums.factorio.com/viewtopic.php?t=43759
The pack includes a few optional mods that aren't strictly necessary like ScienceCostTweaker and SpaceMod. But any mod from that list that starts with the words bob or angel is probably necessary.
If you'd rather not use the pack then it's best to start with a working set of bobs/angels then add sea block.
