I generally avoid using such a modifications which can change the borders of water bodies on my server. So it is not tested on mutual influence.
Most likely there will be no problems from this side because the Scorched Earth mod has a mass of safety checks in its source code. Maybe the custom types of terrain such as lava will be immutable for global warming effects.
