What is the game version you are playing? BeltImmunity is for 0.16, not 1.1.
If you modified it to work with 1.1, did you do any other modifications?

I have gotten the same error. I have ascertained that it is an incompatibility with seablock(tested with version 0.5.9) at least for me. I would assume it has to do with the introductory techs from seablock that don't use a research lab but either are free techs for researching their predecessors or techs that wait for items to enter your inventory.
