I'm not sure if this a design decission or just a product of my mod combination, but even tho the electromagnetism lab is researched, it won't show up in the craft list.
Hello I actually had the same problem until I found that changing the "sct lab" option from "sct lab" to "lab" allows you to see and build the Electromagnetism Lab!
