no, i don't see problem in SCT green-module-5 is not from SCT and it certainly doesn't use it. in fact, i see that item for first time, so whatever mod ads/requires green-module-5 is culprit.

Try disabling FastFurnaces. Does that help? Sounds like Circuit Processing is incompatible with it, sorry.
