that is not problem in SCT but in ICT or whatever that mod was.
you can see from stack trace (and also my code), there is trigger in other mod, which reacts to new research.
my mod on startup unlocks T1 lab/science pack. but does proper test if they exist, other mod reacts on researched = true and crashes.
you need to ask author of other mod, to fix his trigger. no idea if it's intentional, that trigger is launched, when game starts.
