The atomic sensor arrays in the blue science recipe request nitrogen. However when playing with angels mods the game does not have nitrogen as an ingredient, only nitrogen gas. Apparantly these two ingredients cannot be used interchangedly and therefore the atomic sensor arrays cannot be produced.
