Dramatically simplify arcosphere folding by preventing stacking arcosphere ingredients in the folding recipes.

The faster the crafting (ie high level speed modules + beacon), the more Factorio will allow stacking into a machine upto a limit of 100 times the recipe cost.

The factorio modding API has a configurable (allow_inserter_overload) to disable this, which for some reason isn't used for the various arcosphere recipes.
