An expansion to the Larger Lamps 2.0 mod to allow for the Floor Lamp Panels to be rotated.

In reality, the default (horizontal) floor lamp is replaced with a new vertical lamp entity when the p[layer rotates it. The lamp can be rotated back to horizontal, but other interactions may be broken when the lamp is the vertical entity.
