I've got this mod on 1.1.35 and I do the first 3 levels of research back to back, but it doesn't stick - I go back into my research tree and all 3 levels are available again like nothing happened. It turns into an artificial power/ resource sink until this issue is fixed. Same problem occurs in Optera's "Infinite Technologies" mod which includes your mod.
