The default shortcut to generate labels is Shift+G, the default shortcut to remove labels is Shift+H. Since the mod scans all visible chunks on the map, not all labels will be instantly generated to save UPS. Instead, it happens over time (a few seconds, the more area is revealed on the map the longer it will take).
