Military and Production Packs are missing and i still have the requirements to build them.
E.g. I've researched Military 2, which should make MilPacks Buildable, but i cant find them, so this is a gamebreaker. =( I also have Materials Processing II but still no Production Pack.
Do i have to start a new save with this or is there a command to regenerate the Recipes/prerequisites for Production/reload aquired techs.
