The mod messed up my game. How can I recover it?

Simply run /fog-down. It should turn off the fog properly.

Great, it's fixed now. How do I turn it back on?

Run /fog-reload.

FNEI/Helmod/<insert some other calculator/explorer> is showing the disabled recipes items. What can I do?

Tinker with the mod's settings. It might not work, though. That is outside of scope of Research Fog.

The mod doesn't work with this other mod that's also messing with technologies.

Report the issue in the discussions tab. It's most likely an individual case and will either have a fix applied or be marked incompatible.
