I know of this mod, it's noted in the inspirations, but I found the interface quite lacking and configuration hard.
I'm currently progressive to my objective, you might like it ;)

dont forget the import/export. I dont want to setup each time I start a new game ;) as in some-autoresearch
Import/Export is was on my secret list, but guess I will add it to the public one too
