This mod adds a Foliage regeneration technology that unlocks refoliant capsules, to heal trees damaged by pollution.

Throwing a refoliant capsule sprays aerosolised fertiliser over a 15-tile radius. Any pollution-damaged tree in this radius will regrow one stage of foliage and have its colour fully restored*. This burst of forced growth damages the tree and you must wait for it to recover before applying again - refoliant has no effect on a tree that is not at full health.

Dead trees do not regrow.

Refoliant capsules are crafted in assemblers from steel, circuits, water and explosives. Foliage regeneration technology requires Explosives and Chemical science pack research to be unlocked.
