The game crashed when I set "Kovarex enrichment process" in a Centrifuge with your mod active and it didn't happen when I removed it. The only thing I can see unique about that recipe is it was only recipe I had set so far where that the same item as a product and an ingredient. Because factorio itself crashed the only useful info I can give is a "filename not available" error.
